Our Grinding Ball for Mining is manufactured using advanced hot forging technology to ensure exceptional strength, wear resistance, and long-term stability in demanding mining operations. During production, selected steel billets are heated to controlled high temperatures to achieve optimal plasticity, then precisely forged under high pressure. This forging process effectively eliminates internal casting defects, refines the grain structure, and enhances metal flow lines—significantly improving the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of each mining grinding ball.
To guarantee consistent performance, we use premium raw materials such as national standard 60Mn, 65Mn high-manganese steel and specially developed wear-resistant alloy steel sourced from leading steel mills. Material quality plays a decisive role in grinding performance, and our carefully selected alloys provide outstanding impact resistance, anti-fracture capability, and structural durability. As a result, our grinding balls for mining maintain stable performance even under high-impact and high-abrasion conditions in large-scale mineral processing plants.
Ultra-low breakage rate: Designed to minimize cracking and spalling, reducing grinding media loss and replacement frequency
High surface and core hardness: Optimized hardness distribution ensures both wear resistance and internal toughness
Excellent dimensional stability: Maintains roundness and balance during long-term operation
Strong corrosion resistance: Suitable for wet grinding environments, including acidic or alkaline slurry conditions
Long service life: Reduces downtime and lowers overall operating costs
Our grinding balls for mining are widely used in ball mills for gold, copper, iron ore, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, rare metals, cement, coal slurry, chemical processing, quartz sand, and silica sand industries. They are ideal for both dry and wet grinding systems, delivering efficient particle size reduction and consistent milling performance.
With mature rotary cutting and roll forging production lines covering sizes from 20mm to 150mm, we ensure stable supply capacity, strict quality control, and reliable performance for global mining and mineral processing customers seeking durable and cost-effective grinding solutions.
